James’s journey into construction is defined by perseverance and a desire to create a positive future for himself. After engaging with Juniper Training, he rediscovered his confidence, developed valuable skills, and found a passion for the construction industry.
His progression led him to complete a Level 1 Introduction to Construction programme. Before securing an apprenticeship, where he continues to develop industry knowledge, practical skills, and professional experience.

Now working within the roofing and cladding sector, James embraces every opportunity to learn and develop. He enjoys the practical nature of construction, working alongside experienced professionals, and seeing the results of his hard work take shape.
Alongside his apprenticeship, James has earned a range of industry-recognised qualifications and continues to pursue further professional development. His enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to take on new challenges have earned him praise from colleagues, trainers, and employers alike.
