Traineeships
Empowering futures, one trainee at a time
Students will obtain the necessary experience, employability skills and attributes to progress.
Ranging from 9 weeks, suitable for anyone aged between 16-18 (16-24 with an EHPC), Traineeships are predominantly work experience focused with an opportunity for you to undertake Maths and English qualifications up to GCSE level where needed.
Traineeships are an ideal opportunity for young people who are motivated to get a job but may lack the skills and experience that employers are looking for. If you have been unsuccessfully applying for Apprenticeships or jobs, then a Traineeship might be for you.
