Introduction:

The Level 2 Administration Assistant apprenticeship provides the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to support the day-to-day operations of a business. Suitable for those starting their career in administration, apprentices will develop the confidence to carry out routine administrative tasks, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and use digital systems to support business activities across a range of industries.

  • Data entry, record keeping and information management
  • Supporting meetings, events and business operations
  • Working professionally, securely and in line with business procedures

Apprenticeship Assessment:

  • Knowledge assessment
  • Professional discussion based on evidence from the apprenticeship
