Level 2 Roofer Apprenticeship
Introduction:
The Level 2 Roofer apprenticeship is designed for individuals aiming to begin a career in roofing, acquiring fundamental skills in roof construction and repair.
Off-the-Job Training:
Apprentices will undertake 1 week of off-the-job training every 5 weeks at our Building Futures Centre in Aldridge.
Roofing Options:
Apprentices can specialise in one of the following roofing options:
- Option 1: Roof Slater and Tiler
- Option 2: Waterproof Membranes Installer
- Option 3: Roof Sheeter and Cladder
What you will learn:
- Health and safety regulations in roofing
- Roofing materials and tools
- Roof structure and installation methods
- Roof maintenance and repair techniques
- Working at heights and scaffolding safety

Apprenticeship Assessment :
The Apprenticeship Assessment includes:
