We can help SME’s access Government funding that covers up to 95% of the cost of training. This is for both new apprentices and to upskill your existing workforce. Equally, we’ll help to fully utilise your apprenticeship levy if you are a large employer. In addition, the Chancellor has recently announced an extension to the incentives available of up to £3000 when taking on a new apprentice, now is a great time to hire.

The Government are also offering longer term incentives to all employers who support a young person on a Traineeship.

The Government are also offering longer term incentives to all employers who support a young person on a Traineeship. A Traineeship ranges from 6 weeks to 12 months and is of no cost to the employer. The employer is required to provide a quality work experience placement to enable young people to have an insight into the world of work and to obtain the necessary employability skills.
