Juniper Training is committed to quality management and continuous improvement. All of our staff embrace this culture and put it at the very heart of the business for the benefit of our learners.

Our Quality Assurance arrangements include:

  • Listening to our learners
  • Feedback from employers and other stakeholders
  • Observing staff carrying out key processes that impact on the learning experience
  • Internal and external audits

    • We are regularly reviewed by our contractors; Skills Funding Agency and Department for Work & Pensions.  We are also subject to Ofsted Inspections.  Our last inspections took place in September 2010, August 2009, October 2008 and April 2005.  Please click on the Ofsted link above to view the full reports.
