I can’t access the application form?

If you are unable to download the application form, check that you have Abode reader installed or that your anti virus setting is not preventing the download. If this fails, please email recruitment@junipertraining.co.uk and we will email you a copy.

Applying for more than one vacancy.
If you wish to apply for multiple vacancies, you are only required to submit ONE application form. When completing, please ensure you list the roles and centres you are interested in on the space provided on our application form.

Can I just send my CV?
No! You may send your CV to support your application, however, our application form must be completed fully. Failure to do so may result in your application not being processed.

I don’t have the relevant qualifications/experience?
Although qualifications are desirable they are not essential. The successful candidate will need to have the right personality and desire to help people to improve their lives. Juniper will support any staff with excellent training opportunities and continuing personal development.

How many people will be conducting the interviews?
Generally it will just be the HR Officer at the first stage interview, however, on occasions it may involve the Training Centre Manager/Area Manager dependant on the role.

I have been sent a case study for the Training Officer vacancy – What do I need to do a presentation on?
The presentation can be on anything of your choice; it can be either work related or alternatively a hobby or interest of yours.
The purpose of the case study is to see the presentation skills and not about the subject you are presenting.

What are Juniper’s working hours?
Our working hours are 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday   8.30 – 4:30pm (30 minutes for lunch)

What are Juniper’s holidays?
25 days per year plus statutory holidays
The holiday year runs from 1st April to 31st March

After 2 years continuous service as at 1st April our holiday entitlement increases by 1 day every year up to a max of 30 days.

Can I receive feedback from my application form?
Please be aware that it is our policy not to provide feedback to candidates who have been unsuccessful. We have taken this decision due to the number of applications we receive, and the fact that it is difficult not to offend, as no-one really likes to hear why their application has been unsuccessful!

I already have a current CRB, do I need to apply for a new one?
Yes. All new staff are required to complete a CRB when commencing employment
