Generally it will just be the HR Officer at the first stage interview, however, on occasions it may involve the Training Centre Manager/Area Manager dependant on the role.
The presentation can be on anything of your choice; it can be either work related or alternatively a hobby or interest of yours.
The purpose of the case study is to see the presentation skills and not about the subject you are presenting.
Our working hours are 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 8.30 – 4:30pm (30 minutes for lunch)
25 days per year plus statutory holidays
The holiday year runs from 1st April to 31st March
After 2 years continuous service as at 1st April our holiday entitlement increases by 1 day every year up to a max of 30 days.
