Metric Electrical & Plumbing UK

Metric have worked with Juniper since 2006, during which time we have offered apprenticeships in electrician and business admin roles. We find Juniper's service very useful, the staff members are always friendly, informative and helpful. Targeted Training Projects Ltd.

TTP have used Juniper to recruit admin assistants for our business because it has always been difficult to identify if candidates have sufficient attention to detail for the role we require at a standard interview. Working with Juniper has given us the opportunity to trial the individuals for a number of weeks to ensure that they can deliver the results we need. The candidates come very well prepared with a good range of basic skills required by the industry and all of the candidates we have had to date can handle the majority of office work including handling calls. Working in partnership with Juniper Training has been very successful for Richmond Motors. We are just about to take on a learner, Ryan, on an apprenticeship scheme. It has been great for Ryan to spend a few weeks with us on work experience first as it gave us the chance to decide if he was right for the company and also gave Ryan the opportunity to be sure this was what he wanted to do. We now have a new employee who has settled into the job and who we can be sure is capable and committed. Juniper have been supportive and helpful throughout and the process has been smooth right from the initial organising of he placement through to setting up the apprenticeship.
