About Us

Juniper Training (formerly Carver Training) is a privately owned company which started its life in 1983 as an independent Wolverhampton YTS training provider.  Since then Juniper has been helping people of all ages and backgrounds to develop the confidence, knowledge and skills needed to find and keep a job.  We have helped thousands of people improve their quality of life so far, and we are well placed to help many more in the future.

Aligned to winning new LSC, JCP and ESF mainstream contracts Juniper has expanded from a small training provider to what it is today; a Midlands based training organisation with 10 training centres across the Black Country, Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire.  Please click on the “centres” button for further information.  Our expansion is best demonstrated through our staffing levels, where we have gone from employing 20 staff in 2001 to employing over 100 staff in 2011.  In an ever changing industry, we are always looking to further expand the Juniper brand to remain competitive in the market place.
